Are you passionate about supporting young people on their college journey? Would you like to help us provide a wide range of student support services at our Eastbourne campus? These exciting roles will include:
- Supporting our young people in a classroom setting and during breaktime activities
- Implementing a student's support plan and safety assessment
- Working within a team of friendly multidisciplinary professionals across the college to support our students
- Helping track the progress of individuals and reporting to the teacher and/or parents at review meetings

- Previous experience of working collaboratively in a holistic way to develop students' communication and independence skills to ensure they reach their potential.
Closing date: 12th February 2026. Interviews are provisionally planned for 24/25 February 2026. College location: Eastbourne. Salary: actual pro rata salary for the weeks worked until the beginning of July 2026 will be approximately £3800 p.a., depending on candidate's start date (this is based on full time, full year salary of £24921 p.a.). Hours: we have 3 part time roles available, each for 17 hours per week, term time only, fixed term contracts until 3rd July 2026.
