This exciting role will include:
- Providing high-quality administrative support for adult learning courses across leisure, community and employability programmes.
- Being a welcoming, confident first point of contact for adult learners.
- Maintaining accurate records, registers and documentation to support smooth course delivery.
- Supporting tutors, managers and learners with enquiries, guidance, promotion and progression information.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confidence working in a fast-moving, people-focused environment.
- Good IT skills including Office 365 and digital systems.
- A friendly, supportive manner with the ability to work with adults from all backgrounds.
