We are seeking a dedicated Co-Restaurant Manager to work alongside our Food & Beverage Lecturer and current Restaurant Manager in our training restaurant.
This exciting role will include:
- Collaboration with the Food & Beverage Lecturer to support practical training lessons for students.
- Facilitating food and beverage service during lunch and occasional dinners for guests and clients.
- Supervising students, empowering them to take ownership of their service and learning experience.
- Assisting with guest bookings, finance, and cash handling operations behind the scenes.
- Ensuring consistent application of safe food handling practices and proper documentation.

College location: Based at our Eastbourne campus.
Annual salary: circa £10,659 per annum (based on £32,676 per annum FTE salary).
Hours: part time, 15 hours per week (over two days), term time only, 36 weeks per year. Please note this post is currently for two days per week, one day is offered on a permanent basis, with the second day offered initially as a fixed-term contract until the end of the academic year. However, there is potential for the second day to become permanent subject to staffing needs.
