Escentric Molecules is a globally recognised niche fragrance brand with a cult following and strong international presence across ecommerce and select retail partners. Known for its distinctive, minimalist approach to perfumery, the brand continues to scale across key markets including the UK, EU and US. We are exclusively supporting Escentric Molecules in the appointment of a Senior Growth Manager. Reporting into senior leadership, this role will define and execute the brand’s end-to-end digital growth strategy, owning acquisition, retention and on-site performance. The position sits at the centre of commercial performance, marketing execution and customer strategy.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and execute the digital growth strategy across DTC and key international markets.
- Drive efficient customer acquisition through performance marketing, with a strong focus on testing, optimisation and creative iteration.
- Own CRM and lifecycle marketing, developing strategies to increase retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value in partnership with the CRM Manager.
- Oversee website performance and user experience, leading conversion rate optimisation and continuous testing initiatives.
- Establish clear reporting frameworks, tracking CAC, LTV, ROI and channel performance to drive decision making.
- Support management of agency partners across paid media, CRM and development, ensuring aligned and high-quality delivery.
- Embed a structured test-and-learn approach through growth sprints, identifying and scaling new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align brand, creative and commercial objectives.
Experience Requirements:
- Senior growth or performance marketing experience within a DTC or ecommerce-led business.
- Strong knowledge across paid media, CRM and website optimisation.
- Proven track record of driving acquisition, improving efficiency and increasing customer value.
- Experience managing agencies and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Highly commercial mindset, with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Hands-on, proactive and confident working both strategically and in execution.
