Our client is looking for a Temporary Administrator to join their team for an initial 2 to 3 months, with the possibility of extension. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will be based on site 5 days during training and then transition to 3 days on site and 2 days working remotely. What you\’ll be doing: Processing high volumes of purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Working closely with the accounts team to resolve invoicing queries. Maintaining and updating databases, ensuring documents, contracts, reports, and customer information are accurate. Recording receipt and delivery of goods in the system. Providing general administrative support to the Procurement team, including managing incoming calls and emails, typing, and filing. What we\’re looking for: Previous experience in administration or data processing. Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills. Confident written and verbal communication skills. A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
