This is a great opportunity for an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor role on a dayshift position within a growing manufacturing business based in Falkirk.
The Role:
- Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
- Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams.
- Lead a small team of engineers within proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- This is a hands on role within the engineering function.
The Candidate:
- Must be a good communicator.
- Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment.
- Recognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline.
- Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs.
- Manufacturing background required.
- Must be or have been an electrical engineer with hands on experience within manufacturing.
