Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving a wide range of heavy production equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to mechanical breakdowns and restore equipment safely and efficiently
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Support preventative maintenance programmes and shutdowns
- Conduct welding and fabrication work as required
- Diagnose faults and identify root causes of equipment failures
- Complete maintenance records using a CMMS system
- Assist with continuous improvement projects
- Coordinate contractors and ensure safe working practices are maintained
