We are delighted to be partnering with a leading industrial manufacturing company in South Ayrshire who is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support high-volume production and facilities. You will be responsible for mechanical, electrical and basic automation maintenance to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operation. This job involves working shifts on a 4 on - 4 off pattern.
Responsibilities
- Fault finding on equipment across the factory, including conveyors, process machinery, pumps and fans.
- Maintain efficient running of motors, drives, panels and instrumentation.
- Planned and reactive maintenance across production and utilities.
- Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
- Accurate CMMS reporting and safe working practices.
Requirements
- Time-served apprenticeship in an Engineering discipline.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or process environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Confident communicator and team player.
