This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QHSE professional, or a strong Senior HSE Advisor ready to take the next step into a management-level role. Working across multiple operational sites, you will play a key role in supporting managers, engineers and operational teams to improve safety performance, strengthen quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is not a desk-based compliance role. You will be visible across the business, building relationships, coaching stakeholders and providing practical support to ensure safe and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections and audits
- Lead incident and near-miss investigations
- Support operational teams with risk management activities
- Coach managers and employees on safe working practices
