Our client is looking for an experienced Production Planner to join a busy Supply Chain team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid role with 3 days based on-site and 2 days remote. If you are highly organised, confident with ERP systems and have strong Excel skills, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities of the role Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet demand and optimise resources Monitoring stock levels of raw materials, WIP and finished goods Coordinating materials, equipment and labour to support production activities Tracking production progress and resolving any issues or disruptions Reporting on performance and providing updates to stakeholders Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs Collaborating with sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure smooth workflowWhat we\’re looking for: Previous experience as a Production Planner within manufacturing Demand Planning experience would be highly advantageous Strong ERP system experience (essential) Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Confident communicator who can work well across different teamsThis is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment and make an impact in a short-term contract role
