This is a hands-on role for a practical and proactive manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily production activities, planning and scheduling. Lead and develop production personnel. Monitor production performance, output and efficiency. Implement process improvements. Work closely with supply chain and other departments. Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
