A major industrial processing operation in Central Scotland is looking to appoint an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead a large-scale continuous process facility operating within a complex, safety-critical environment.

This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for the overall performance of a technically demanding site, including operational reliability, maintenance coordination, safety, compliance, team leadership and continuous improvement. The facility operates 24/7 and requires someone comfortable working within a fast-paced industrial environment where strong leadership, engineering understanding and people management are equally important.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary operational and maintenance teams while driving performance, operational stability and a positive site culture.
