What You'll Be Doing: Planned Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently and on time, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance. Reactive Repairs: Respond swiftly to client call-outs, tackling repairs, servicing, and installations with precision. Fault Finding: Identify and report issues promptly, offering solutions and maintaining a positive rapport with clients. Equipment Monitoring: Perform daily checks and keep equipment properly adjusted for seamless operation. Subcontractor Supervision: Guide and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality standards and comply with requirements. Client Relations: Communicate effectively, address complaints, and deliver exceptional service with a positive, can-do attitude. Health & Safety Champion: Apply safety best practices, conduct risk assessments, and ensure all work complies with safety standards. Mentor Apprentices: Share your expertise to help apprentices grow and succeed. Flexible Response: Be part of the on-call rota, ready to meet client needs, even outside regular hours.
