Our client is a small but growing manufacturer based in Forfar and are looking to add a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to their team. This is a days based role including Monday - Friday.

The Role:

  • Fault finding and diagnostics in emergency breakdown or planned situations
  • Working with a planned maintenance system and reactive maintenance
  • Modification and improvement of machinery and the plant

The Candidate:

  • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Apprentice trained/HNC or equivalent qualification in a mechanical qualification
  • Experience within manufacturing would be highly beneficial
  • Pumps, conveyors, gearbox maintenance would be looked upon favourably
