A brief overview of what you will be doing: Responsible for the highest standard of planned and preventative maintenance. Resolve machine breakdowns to ensure maximum line efficiency of the production process. Ensure the stores booking in and out procedures are being adhered to and any unused stock is returned back into the correct stock position and all paperwork is amended. Having responsibility and being accountable for all components that are being used during and up until job completion, ensuring that all good manufacturing practices are adhered to at all times. Being responsible for ensuring current practices meet Health and Safety and Food Safety standards, and where possible that they exceed requirements. If issues are identified they must be immediately reported via the appropriate channels. Engage with other engineers, teams, and departments to improve working practices, aid with the development of own and others knowledge and understanding, and to work collaboratively to meet the company's goals
