We are delighted to be partnering with a leading industrial manufacturing company in South Ayrshire who is recruiting for a Multi‐Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support high‐volume production and facilities. You will be responsible for mechanical, electrical and basic automation maintenance to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operation. This job involves working shifts on a 4 on – 4 off pattern.
Responsibilities
- Fault finding on equipment across the factory, including conveyors, process machinery, pumps and fans.
- Maintain efficient running of motors, drives, panels and instrumentation.
- Planned and reactive maintenance across production and utilities.
- Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
- Accurate CMMS reporting and safe working practices.
Requirements
- Time-served apprenticeship in an Engineering discipline.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or process environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault‐finding skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Confident communicator and team player.
