Engineering Team Leader required to lead maintenance team in a fast paced & growing FMCG business for a market leading company commutable from Falkirk, West Lothian, Stirling & Glasgow. This position is based on a continental shift pattern and is within the drinks industry.
The Role:
- Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
- Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams.
- Lead team of engineers within proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Schedule, collate and generate data on a monthly basis of all site plant from a condition monitoring viewpoint, highlighting pre-fail components.
The Candidate:
- Must be a good communicator.
- Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment.
- Recognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline.
- Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs.
- Must have been in a leadership role within engineering and has extensive experience of managing people.
- Must be or have been a multiskilled engineer with hands on experience within FMCG.
