Finance Manager in Leven

Are you a strong Management Accountant ready to take ownership of the finance function for the site, with the opportunity to lead and develop a team of six? We're supporting an established organisation with the recruitment of a Finance Manager to join their team in Fife. This is a broad and varied role where you'll take ownership of the site's finance function, while also overseeing Purchasing and Office Administration. Working closely with senior management and Group Finance, you'll play an important role in financial reporting, business performance and continuous improvement. The Role You'll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, including: Leading monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes across two legal entities. Preparing and reviewing management accounts, P&L, balance sheets and cash flow reporting. Managing Group reporting requirements and acting as a key contact for Group Finance. Leading annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes. Providing detailed financial analysis, variance commentary and insight to support business decisions. Managing intercompany accounting, reconciliations and associated controls. Supporting statutory reporting and annual audit processes. Monitoring working capital, cash flow and cost performance.
