Escape is working in partnership to support them in recruiting a Supply & Logistics Coordinator for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract supporting the supply chain function during a busy operational period. The role focuses on maintaining continuity of supply, coordinating logistics activity and supporting planning requirements across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day logistics and supply coordination
- Plan and schedule shipments across mainland and island routes
- Work with 3PL providers, freight forwarders and internal teams
- Monitor and manage stock held in external warehouses
- Support customer demand and ensure product availability
- Assist with planning activities, including materials/production where required
- Resolve operational issues relating to scheduling, capacity and delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics or planning
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confident communicator across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Excel and ERP/MRP systems
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Materials or production planning experience beneficial
