Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance FLT licence looking for a 6 month contract (potential to extend) opportunity with a well-established business? We are recruiting for an Outbound Warehouse Operative to join a busy operational team based in Grangemouth. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are key.

The Role

You will support outbound warehouse operations, ensuring goods are picked, loaded, dispatched, and recorded accurately while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking, staging, and loading finished goods
  • Operating Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
  • Completing warehouse system transactions accurately
  • Supporting stock control and stock rotation activities
  • Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
  • Following SOPs, GMP, and health & safety procedures
  • Supporting wider warehouse operations where required

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • Experience with stock movement, picking, and loading
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible attitude towards shifts and operational needs
  • Driving licence and own transport due to location

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, 1 in 4 weekends required, Flexibility between 6am and 8pm operating hours.
