Due to continued growth and investment, they are creating a brand-new Buyer / Stock & Systems Specialist position.

A newly created role combining purchasing, stock management and systems improvement, with the opportunity to play a key role in a major Sales and Order System implementation.

The role

Manage stock levels to ensure excellent product availability.

Analyse sales trends and place supplier orders.

Monitor supplier lead times and expedite deliveries where required.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Keep product information and price lists up to date.

Process stock receipts, supplier returns and credits.

Communicate stock availability and delivery updates to customers and colleagues.

Support the implementation of a new Sales & Operating system, including data migration, testing and user training.

Identify opportunities to improve stock processes and business efficiency.

What we are looking for

Previous experience in Stock Control, Purchasing or Inventory Management.

Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Confident communicator with a proactive approach.

Comfortable analysing data and making commercial decisions.

Experience using Sales & Operating, ERP or business systems would be advantageous.

An interest in improving systems and processes.

A hands-on attitude with a willingness to support the wider team when needed.
