The Role

  • Producing and packing products to a high standard
  • Operating production and packing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Filling, sealing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
  • Prepping food using specialist equipment
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification
  • Completing production paperwork accurately
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards
  • Supporting stock control and reporting any shortages or equipment issues
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous food production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
  • A strong work ethic and good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • A good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Comfortable with manual handling duties
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
