Escape Recruitment Services are recruiting for an established global manufacturing business in Stirling. We have an excellent opportunity for a fluent German-speaking Sales Administrator to join the business on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will be based in the office in Stirling 3 days per week and remote 2 days from home.

Based within a small, busy, and supportive sales support team, you will provide administration support to the external sales team, whilst delivering high levels of service to customers, with a particular focus on the German market.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist customers with general queries
  • Prepare customer sales quotations
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather information required for customer quotes and orders
  • Process sales orders through the ERP system
  • Track sales order progression through the supply chain
  • Resolve any sales order issues
  • Raise despatch paperwork
  • Liaise with hauliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistics queries
  • Provide administration support to the external sales team
  • Raise credit notes and purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate pricing records, quotes and customer files
  • Generate reports on sales activity, customer accounts, and product movement

  • Fluent German and English language skills, ideally to business level
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to internal and external customers
  • This role is open to experienced administrators as well as recent graduates looking to build a career in international sales support
