Engineering Supervisor

Engineering Manager - Manufacturing Are you Senior Maintenance Lead looking to move into an Engineering Manager role where you can take ownership of engineering, maintenance, compliance, contractors, safety and continuous improvement? We are working with an established organisation that is looking to appoint an Engineering Manager to lead its engineering function and play a key role within the wider site management team. This is a broad and influential position, combining engineering leadership, maintenance strategy, statutory compliance, contractor management, health s plant, equipment, infrastructure and engineering activities are maintained safely, reliably and efficiently. You will work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure engineering activity supports operational performance and wider business objectives. Key responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating planned preventative maintenance activities. Ensuring effective maintenance strategies are in place to maximise plant and equipment reliability. Managing engineering-related budgets, resources and priorities.
