An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a major industrial manufacturing operation in East Lothian. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving plant reliability, maintenance performance, safety standards and continuous improvement across a large-scale 24/7 manufacturing facility.
Working as part of the senior management team, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage maintenance budgets, oversee major shutdown programmes and develop long-term asset management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve reliability and performance
- Manage maintenance budgets and capital expenditure projects
- Drive health, safety and environmental excellence
