We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse & Process Operator to join a well-established manufacturing and operations environment based in East Kilbride. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse process knowledge who enjoys working within a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment. The role will involve a mixture of warehousing duties, stock movement, process operations, quality standards, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading products and materials
- Supporting operational and warehouse processes
- Stock control and inventory accuracy
- Completing operational paperwork and data entry
- Following SOPs and safety procedures
- Maintaining housekeeping standards throughout the site
- Supporting goods in/goods out activities
- Assisting with operational improvements where required
- Reporting maintenance or operational issues promptly
What We're Looking For:
- Previous warehousing or process operations experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to follow procedures and safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- FLT licence advantageous but not essential
Desirable Experience:
- Inventory control
- Process-driven manufacturing environments
- Administrative/data entry experience
- Working to KPIs or production targets
