What We're Looking For
- Experience in a varied business support, operations, HR admin, &/or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities
- Confident IT skills including MS Office and ideally SharePoint, Xero and ERP systems would be an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Good attention to detail, especially with documentation and systems
- Confident communicator who can work with senior stakeholders
- Someone proactive who enjoys improving processes and keeping things organised
- Most importantly, someone who will enjoy being part of a growing business journey and contributing to it
Why This Role?
This is a key support role at the centre of a growing business. You'll be involved in multiple areas, exposed to senior leadership, and play a real part in how the organisation scales.
