The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QHSE professional, or a strong Senior HSE Advisor ready to take the next step into a management-level role. Working across multiple operational sites, you'll play a key role in supporting managers, engineers and operational teams to improve safety performance, strengthen quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is not a desk-based compliance role. You'll be visible across the business, building relationships, coaching stakeholders and providing practical support to ensure safe and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections and audits
  • Lead incident and near‑miss investigations
  • Support operational teams with risk management activities
  • Coach managers and employees on safe working practices
  • Drive quality, safety and environmental improvements
  • Support ISO management systems and compliance activities
  • Build strong working relationships across operational teams
  • Promote a positive and proactive safety culture

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within a Health & Safety, QHSE or SHE role
  • Background within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, utilities or technical service environments
  • Experience supporting multiple sites or operational teams
  • Strong investigation and root cause analysis experience
  • Lead Auditor qualification or ISO auditing experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable travelling nationally with regular overnight stays
