Domestic Gas Engineer

Escape Recruitment is working in partnership with a Gas Engineering company based in Glasgow to recruit a Domestic Gas Engineer who is ready to take the next step and advance their career. You will be joining a company that truly invests in you from day one. As you will be given full training and development to up skill to a Commercial Gas Engineer. Why This Role? What You\’ll Be Doing: Installation, repairs and maintenance of variety of gas appliances – from domestic boilers to large-scale commercial/ industrial units. Supporting project delivery across the central belt, with the occasional trip further afield. Maintaining health & safety compliance and keeping documentation up to date. Taking part in a shared on-call rota (after training) – where you\’ll be a key player in keeping customers happy and safe. Qualifications needed: A recognised qualification: City & Guilds / SVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering / Building Services (or equivalent). Domestic gas tickets: CCN1, CoCDN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1.
