Escape Recruitment is supporting a major industrial manufacturing operation in East Lothian to appoint an Electrical Engineering Manager. This is a senior leadership position within a complex heavy industrial plant where electrical compliance, safety and reliability are critical to operational performance.
The successful candidate will:
- Take ownership of site electrical compliance and statutory responsibilities
- Oversee HV/LV systems and infrastructure
- Drive reliability improvement and fault analysis
- Support plant upgrades and capital projects
- Lead and develop the site electrical team
