Job Description:
Escape Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing organisation based in South Lanarkshire. We\’re currently looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working closely with Sales, Planning, and Manufacturing teams, you\’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless supply chain process and timely production to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities Include:
- Liaise with the Planning team to identify the master sales order production schedule and coordinate with Manufacturing for timely execution.
- Proactively communicate any production issues or delays to Planning, Sales, and Management.
- Adjust and update production schedules as required.
- Attend weekly internal progress meetings to track and share key updates.
- Conduct regular production floor walkthroughs to monitor live progress and identify potential issues.
- Act as the central internal point of contact for order production schedules.
- Analyse data and generate reports to recommend process improvements and streamline production workflows.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including data analysis, manipulation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
- Skilled in analysing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
