The Role
- Ensure production equipment and site services are safely maintained and optimised to maximise efficiency, quality and cost control.
- Lead a team of engineers, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensure audit compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a safety-first culture.
- Deliver and enhance planned maintenance programmes.
- Monitor equipment performance, energy usage and quality.
- Lead weekly engineering planning and work order completion.
- Act as site services SME and support improvement projects.
- Analyse downtime and drive efficiency and cost reductions.
About You
- Apprenticeship completed in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a must.
- 5+ years' experience within FMCG, drinks manufacturing or facilities.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and compliance.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Skilled in CMMS, Microsoft Office and Lean/Six Sigma methods.
