We are seeking a hands on Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who is interested in developing into a support/leadership role - working alongside and overseeing a small team of engineers. This role offers a 70/30 split between engineering work and team/department support and includes involvement in key maintenance and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and coordination for the engineering team.
- Contribute to maintenance planning and departmental decision making.
- Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and deliver effective engineering solutions.
- Lead mechanical repairs, inspections, overhauls, and equipment changeovers.
