Escape Recruitment is supporting an established manufacturing business in Livingston with the appointment of a Warehouse Shift Manager.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee warehouse and despatch activities, supervise a small operational team and ensure stock accuracy, safety and customer delivery requirements are consistently achieved.
What you'll do
- Lead warehouse and despatch operations across your shift.
- Manage and develop a team of warehouse operatives.
- Oversee stock control, inventory reconciliation and SAP records.
- Coordinate transport and third‑party logistics providers.
- Monitor KPIs, safety standards and operational performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
What you'll bring
- Warehouse leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong despatch and inventory management knowledge.
- SAP super‑user capability and experience with stock‑control systems.
- Effective communication and people‑management skills.
- A practical, proactive approach to solving operational problems.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, rotating day, back and night shifts.
