The Opportunity
We are recruiting Production Operators to join a leading manufacturing company in Livingston. Working within a clean and modern manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Operating production equipment safely and effectively
- Working across a variety of manufacturing departments
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
- Minimising waste and supporting efficient production processes
- Adhering to all health and safety requirements
- Supporting housekeeping and continuous improvement activities
- Handling and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach to work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
- Able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Reliable, dependable and committed to high standards
