Are you an experienced Line Leader with a background in food manufacturing? We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Line Leader to join a busy food production site based in Bellshill.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team on the production line, ensuring daily targets are met
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality at all times
Monitor line performance and troubleshoot any issues efficiently
Ensure all team members adhere to health & safety and company procedures
Support training and development of new and existing team members
Report on production data and complete necessary documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience working within a food production environment
Previous experience in a team leader or line leader role
Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
Excellent communication and people management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
