Escape Recruitment is recruiting a Production & Quality Manager for a growing business based in Dunfermline. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading teams, coordinating production activity, and ensuring work is delivered right first time. You will be responsible for managing daily production priorities while maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement across the operation. This role suits someone who prefers being close to the shop floor rather than operating at arm’s length.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading daily production meetings and planning workloads
- Ensure that all non-conformance reports and corrective and preventative actions are addressed
- Leading RCA investigations
- Own quality for the business and seek to improve QMS
- Overseeing production output and quality control activities
- Carrying out spot checks and investigations to maintain standards
- Driving efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with internal teams to meet customer and delivery requirements
- Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions
