Escape Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist to join a well-established precision engineering manufacturer based in Irvine.
This role will suit someone who is capable of creating & adjusting programmes at the machine, working from engineering drawings and producing complex, high-quality components within a busy manufacturing environment.
- £47,700
- 2 shift rotation
- 37.5 hours per week
- Permanent position with long-term career prospects
Shift details:
- £21.00 per hour day shift
- ~£27.93 per hour night shift (33% premium)
- Rotating 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights
- Monday to Friday day shift
- Monday to Thursday night shift
- Regular overtime available
- First 9 overtime hours paid at time and a half
- Any additional overtime paid at double time
We're keen to speak with experienced CNC Machinists who have:
- Experience programming at the machine from engineering drawings
- Strong CNC milling experience
- Experience setting and operating CNC machinery
- Experience with Mazatrol, Mill Turn machines or within oil & gas/heavy engineering would be advantageous, but not essential.
- If you're an experienced CNC programmer using Fanuc or another control system, we'd still be interested in hearing from you.
