Escape Recruitment is working with a well-established FMCG manufacturer that supplies products to many of the UK\’s biggest retailers. They are looking for a motivated and confident Graduate Production Planner to join their high-performing supply chain team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who\’s either:

  • Just graduated in a relevant subject (e.g. Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, Maths)
  • Already working in a junior role and ready to step up into a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Review and analyse customer orders against forecasts
  • Build detailed production and material plans
  • Raise purchase orders for raw materials and imports
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time
  • Support labour planning alongside production
  • Keep ERP/MRP systems and data accurate and up to date
  • Produce reports and actively participate in production meetings

What we\’re looking for:

  • A relevant degree or transferable experience in supply chain, planning, purchasing or operations
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills – confident with numbers and detail
  • Comfortable using or learning ERP/MRP systems – strong systems experience
  • Proactive communicator who is not afraid to speak up or ask questions
  • Logical thinker with a positive, \”get-stuck-in\” attitude
  • Organised, reliable, and able to juggle tasks in a busy environment

Sunday to Thursday – Early Shift
Own transport required due to shift start times and limited public transport.
