Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical products in line with recognised industry standards
- Produce and revise 3D models and 2D drawings using industry-standard CAD software
- Work closely with production, quality and commercial teams to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Maintain documentation and data within the company's MRP system
- Support compliance with relevant regulations and directives
Candidate Requirements
- 2 years' experience in mechanical design within an ISO 9001 environment
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (or equivalent 3D CAD) and 2D CAD tools
- Strong competency with MS Office applications
- Experience using an MRP or ERP system
- Familiarity with industry directives (e.g. PED, ATEX) is desirable but not essential
