I’m working with a food manufacturing business in South Lanarkshire that is strengthening its technical function following new ownership and leadership changes on site. They supply major UK retailers and are building a more structured, accountable technical team.
This role will take responsibility for:
- Running daily sensory panels in line with retailer requirements
- Monitoring product consistency and quality benchmarks
- Supporting technical investigations and non-conformances
- Maintaining controlled documentation and audit readiness
