What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining accurate and reliable financial records
- Processing invoices and liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Supporting stock reporting and purchasing activity
- Helping build and manage structured payment schedules
- Supporting senior finance leadership with systems, processes, and improvements
- Preparing month‑end reconciliations and highlighting key variances or issues
- Providing wider support as the business grows and develops
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a varied finance support role
- Relevant qualification is adventitious i.e. Accounting Degree, AAT or someone completing their professional exams
- Someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable in a changing environment
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach, you take ownership rather than wait for instruction
- Confident working with different teams and senior stakeholders
