Escape is working in partnership with our established FMCG client to recruit a Supply & Logistics Coordinator. This is a key role within the supply chain function, responsible for coordinating the flow of product to customers across mainland and island locations. This is a central position within operations, working closely with customers, production, warehousing and logistics providers to ensure consistent and reliable supply.
- Coordinate deliveries to remote island locations via 3PL warehouses, ferries and local transport providers and other European locations
- Plan transport shipments and manage bookings, including road and vessels
- Monitor and reconcile stock held in external warehouses
- Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers to manage shipments
- Support export activity when required (Ireland, Iceland, Norway, Canada)
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues as they arise
- Experience in supply chain, logistics or planning
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using ERP/MRP systems
- Analytical and planning skills
- Comfortable working across complex logistics routes and multiple handovers
- Strong relationship-building skills
