This is a senior individual-contributor role within a specialist engineering team delivering technically complex subsea and offshore scopes.
Unlike large-scale manufacturing programmes, this role focuses on:
- Early-stage engineering and FEED studies
- Bespoke subsea products and systems
- Offshore services, deployment and installation support
- Client-facing technical problem solving
You’ll lead engineering delivery for assigned projects, producing calculations, drawings and reports, interfacing directly with clients, and supporting tenders where required.
Key Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent experience) with mechanical design engineering background
- Capable of carrying out FEED (front end engineering design) of equipment including complex engineering calculations
- Strong project engineering background in offshore / subsea / oil & gas / marine systems or heavy engineering
- Comfortable owning technical scope end-to-end
- Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
Working pattern: Hybrid, typically 3 days onsite once established. UK right-to-work required.
