Project Engineer or Project Manager who enjoys combining engineering, project delivery and customer interaction ?

We're looking for an experienced engineering professional to take ownership of a portfolio of installation, refurbishment and repair projects.

You'll manage projects from initial scope and planning through to completion, working closely with customers, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Managing projects against time, cost and quality requirements
  • Coordinating engineering teams and site activities
  • Conducting surveys and site inspections
  • Producing quotations and project solutions
  • Managing project budgets and profitability
  • Producing project plans, GANTT charts and reports
  • Managing project risks and H&S requirements
  • Providing technical guidance to engineering teams

What we're looking for

  • Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
  • Mechanical installation/commissioning knowledge
  • Full UK driving licence

The position involves regular travel to customer sites, occasional overnight stays and participation in an on-call rota.
