Temporary 6 Month Contract
We are supporting our client based in Livingston recruit a Finance Assistant on a temporary 6 month contract, to support with clearing a backlog. This role will be on a part time basis; there is flexibility around the days and hours that can be worked based on individual preference. The role is fully site based in the office in Livingston.
Responsibilities
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Responding to queries by email and telephone
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a Finance/Accounts support role
- Experience using Sage
- Confident using Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Confident communicating, both written and verbal
