An established engineering business in Ayrshire is looking to add an experienced CNC Machinist to its machine shop. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident setting up CNC machines, working from technical drawings, and machining components in stainless steel and aluminium. The environment is low-volume, high-quality work with a strong focus on process, accuracy and continuous improvement rather than production firefighting.
You will be working alongside a small team of junior operators, helping to raise standards, improve set-ups, and pass on practical knowledge on the shop floor.
