We are looking for a Fulfilment & Quality Technician to join a growing, purpose-driven business focused on sustainability and reducing electronic waste. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards before reaching customers. Working as part of a small fulfilment team, you will be involved in quality inspections, stock handling, system updates and supporting the wider fulfilment operation. Key responsibilities will include: Inspecting and checking incoming electronic components (full training provided) Carrying out quality checks and ensuring products meet required standards Booking stock in and maintaining accurate inventory records Updating information on CRM and internal systems Supporting picking, packing and despatch activities Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records Following quality procedures and supporting continuous improvement Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service About you: You will be a proactive and reliable individual with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You'll enjoy working in a hands-on environment and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You will ideally have: Experience within a warehouse, fulfilment, manufacturing or quality environment Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team The ability to work independently as well as part of a small team Experience within electronics, manufacturing or an ISO environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
