Job Description
Multi-Skilled Engineer (Nights) – FMCG
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 18:30-06:30
Market Leading Salary: Up to 53,500
A growing FMCG business is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join its nightshift team.
The Role
- Carry out daily maintenance of production equipment
- Respond quickly to breakdowns with fault-finding and repair
- Log work completed, root causes, and materials used in CMMS
- Support planned preventative maintenance programme
- Ensure compliance with food safety, H&S, and quality standards
- Contribute to improvement projects and suggest ideas to optimise machinery and processes
- Work closely with operations and other teams to ensure smooth production
About You
- Fully qualified multi-skilled engineer (electrical and mechanical)
- Fast paced manufacturing experience desirable
- Hands-on, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Team player with attention to detail
