We are currently recruiting for Multi Skilled Operators to join a well established manufacturing team in Livingston. This is a hands on role within a fast paced production environment, operating reel to reel coating machines, metallisers and inspection equipment.

If you enjoy working with machinery, take pride in producing quality work, and want to build long term skills within manufacturing, this could be an excellent opportunity.

  • Operating coating, metallising and inspection machinery
  • Conducting pre start checks, machine set up, changeovers, cleaning and shutdown
  • Carrying out in process and final quality checks

You will work safely at all times, complying with company policies, PPE requirements and all site safety procedures.

We would ideally be looking for candidates from a production, manufacturing and or print background with a strong focus on quality:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • The ability to follow SOPs and maintain consistent quality standards
  • A flexible and adaptable approach

Shift Pattern:

This role operates a rotating day and night pattern:

  • Night shift: Monday to Wednesday, 6.00pm to 6.00am
  • Early shift: Monday to Wednesday, 6.00am to 6.00pm
  • Thursday early shift: 6.00am to 2.00pm

For example, shifts may occasionally move from Monday to Wednesday to Tuesday to Thursday or Friday depending on business needs.
